HFFA Special Committee seeking member proposals
for amended Constitution and Bylaws

July 25, 2023

The Constitution of the Hawaii Fire Fighters Association (HFFA) contains the fundamental principles that govern its operation. The Bylaws establish the specific rules of guidance by which the HFFA is to function. As our organization continues to grow and change, it is important to recognize that there is a need to keep the HFFA Constitution and Bylaws (C&BL) current through periodic review and amendments. The last C&BL update was completed in 2010.

With that said, the HFFA is seeking member suggestions on C&BL amendments. Please use the “Proposed Amendment Form” and return your submission to the HFFA office via

    • Email to:  c&[email protected],
    • USPS mail to:  HFFA, 1018 Palm Drive, Honolulu HI 96814, or
    • FAX to (808) 952-6003.

Deadline for submitting proposed amendments is the close of business on August 25, 2023.

All suggestions will be reviewed on its merits, and should we need additional information, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please direct any questions to the Committee via email or call the HFFA office at (808) 949-1566. Thank you for your time and efforts.
