On behalf of the Hawaii Fire Chiefs Association Board of Directors, it is an honor to invite you to join us at this years Annual Training & Business Meeting on December 4 through December 8, 2019.

This years event will be held at the Four Seasons Resort Ko Olina on the sunny western shore of Oʻahu.  The resort sits graciously along one of four ocean lagoons with stunning views of the coast. It is here that you will be able to unwind and delight in the islandʻs perfect resort experience while discussing evolving issues with leaders of the Fire Service.

The theme for this years event is focused on transitioning leadership created through retirement. “KA HULIAU”  “Ka nalu ʻana I keia mua aku” (a generation of transformation, a time of change reflecting on the future).

A complement of guest speakers are being assembled to provide the latest in training, operational strategies, and challenges for the future. Real life incidents will be used to summarize actions taken and lessons learned,  providing knowledge and support to local fire and emergency leaders. Attendees will also have multiple interaction opportunities with vendors who will share the latest equipment and services being developed and used across the country. A golf tournament benefiting the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation on Thursday December 5, 2019, is another important component of this program. Come join us as we support those who support us in times of need.

Your participation and support are key components to the outstanding services provided to the communities we serve and protect everyday. We welcome you to come and experience our fascinating state, and to rejuvenate your “Aloha Spirit”.
